I never said anything about talking shit about my music just talking like i work for a shoe store, When in the video im rocking a 10k$ rolex, and and theres a bed in the video. I mean if theres gonna be some shit talk on me make it good or even arguably good shit talk. bed in the stock room heh… I love everyone and i dont mean harm, also i’m not doing shit to get a contract, and a 360 deal isn’t what i’m longing for. rather just have people hear shit i do. I’m a fucking god at marketing online and if i wanted to run some campaigns for my music it would be nothing short of successful.

Well this is fun. I dropped Hairetsu a line. A courteous one. Let’s see if replies. In the meantime, in spite of the article – as BadKitty observed – not being about him at all, his comment squad of supporters have a right to speak their mind as far as I’m concerned. And I certainly have no axe to grind with anyone who’s pursuing music as a source of income; if Hairetsu is Thomas Whidden, I had several bands before he was even born, and turned down label contracts on the advice of management when he was about six years old. So I wish him well, although I won’t be taking time to listen to his stuff unless he replies directly…

maybe you should practice what you preach… this piece is so not about you, and by your own admission, you actually AGREE with their point of view about the absurdity of this whole contest (“also i dont [sic] care to win, i dont [sic] use Norton, i will never use Norton”)

That said, if you put your act online, accept that some will love it and some will criticize it. Personally, I have never seen anyone display their sneakers in their bedroom like artifacts…. I too would have assumed this was a shoe store. and…after watching it, I would have also been tempted to make fun of it… because I happen to despise this whole genre. Then again, I am sure you probably would make fun of my lifestyle.

I stand corrected. You may have noticed if you looked at the rest of the site that Dissociated Press is mostly satire, and as you pointed out, I only make ten bucks a day, so the research team is small. Heh. Research team. That would be nice. That being said, thanks for the info for two reasons:

1.) We’re out to amuse, not offend people we might actually like.
