I was at a get together yesterday, and people were praising him because they can actually now go to just one place in the city to get their car plates. I mean they get a number and they get to wait in line, speak to only one representative and do it all in under 3 hours.
Most people were so surprised since they are so used to driving all around the city to collect all of the paperwork, and for the process to take way longer. Anyways, there are three places in Russia, in three cities that you can do it, all thanks to our president, Mr. Medvedev. I think he is alright with all of his changes, and hey, he does not poison people with radiation publicaly...By the way no one in Russia ever heard of anyone being poisoned by radiation, and when told about it, they completely deny it, and the possiblity of it ever even happening. Yep, it never happened.</description>
